I got to go to the 3 petals dinner featuring sommelier @wine_culture_with_nicole, pastry chef @and4dessert, sous chef @_cwann, and head chef @naturallychefcat. It was such a hospitable environment with absolutely incredible food. 1) Chef Amber and Chef Cat 2) molasses butter with everything sprinkle and ranch butter with smoked sea salt with warm bread 3) butternut squash soup, spiced cream and toasted seeds 4) charred corn risotto 5) cod, poached quail egg, Swiss chard, potatoes Anna, chive butter 6) pumpkin créme brûlée, brown butter powder, cinnamon ice cream and white chocolate along side cardamom cake, vanilla cream, candies walnuts and fried sage. There were even more options too! It was the perfect way to celebrate my mom’s birthday in excellence. Everything was so amazing and I would do it all again, I feel so lucky that this is a series, and that these incredible chefs are providing this experience in our home, Baltimore.
