Live music and beer! What get’s better then that?! Plus Monument Brewery is run by brothers Ken and Matt Praay who spawned the idea for a brewery focusing on traditional American brewing methods while hiking the Appalachian Trail together, so cool!

Come celebrate the Baltimore Birds Fest with Wild Thyme at Leakin Park! This is a free all ages event- perfect for families with children. Free events include: rock climbing, bird walks, and a free native tree giveaway with TreeBaltimore!

Waterfowl Lake Pavilion

The Maryland Zoo – 12pm – 4pm

This year OktoBEARfest ticket holders can enjoy unlimited sampling of 60+ seasonal brews, dozens of artisan vendors, two live bands, and all day admission to the zoo!


10/22 – Fall Farm Fashion Fair

Whitelock Community Farm

Come gather for a free event at this beautiful urban farm! We’ll have a clothing sway and food, as well as other surprises! More details will be announced closer to the date! But mark this in your calendar, you won’t want to miss this little pop-up fall fair!


10/ 28 – Great Halloween Lantern Parade and Festival

Patterson Park

3:30pm – 10:30pm

Join neighbors, friends, and family for this years Halloween Lantern Parade and Festival at Patterson Park.Come and create illuminated lanterns, enjoy artist-made large-scale floats, and community bands from surrounding neighborhoods. This event is family friendly and includes: kids costume contest, hayrides, yoga, live music, an arts and crafts market, and a stunning parade finale. The day begins at 3:30pm and the beer garden will stay open until 8:30pm.
