-Learn how to use preservation when meal planning for extended periods

-Learn to make veggie broth and bone broth

-Discuss tea blends that can help your body ground down and heal

-Discuss what foods help your body ground down and heal

-Discuss seasonal variations to support healing year round

-We will make and take home a hearty veggie or chicken soup using local ingredients

-You will take a homemade tea blend with you
